NC for this.
I manage a team at work of around 30, medical field
Apologies if vague, but I don't want to be identified in any way
One of my staff has been suffering with poor mental health for around a year, she's mid 20's
Poor family network of basically zero support
2 days ago she tried to take her own life, thankfully she was found by a friend
Crisis team have not been as involved as I'd have thought, and I just don't know where to turn
Have genuinely never ever seen someone so sad
We have a support group within the workplace, and I called them today.
Useless, they advised for her to see G.P (like she hasn't already)
I'm so worried that the darkness will envelop her again, how can I help?
I would do anything to support her, it's breaking my heart to think of a young girl like this
She's beautiful, funny, clever and has the world at her feet, is there anyone who can tell me what I can do for her?
