Think I made a mistake

Wondering if I made an error and if anyone has advice?

So psychiatrist recommends ADs for depression. I was so flustered during the assessment I forgot to mention three other medications and medical conditions (migraine, two meds and anti inflammatory medication and now also antibiotics for skin conditions so actually 4)

So spoke to GP who issued prescription. She knows of the other meds except For the antibiotics as I got those from a private dermatologist.

However she probably assumed I'd told the psychiatrist everything and not been such an idiot.

Every single one of the above meds is listed as a "don't take with" for these ADs. 🤦🏼‍♀️

So this is not a good idea and I need to ring me GP back don't I? She won't necessarily have noticed and she doesn't issue the anti inflammatory medication as it's from rheumatologist.
I sound like a catch don't I with my own private pharmacy.

They're all phone appointments and I get in such a flap because I don't know what time anyone's phoning which means I am at work and can't really speak and end up agreeing with everything.

If it was just one of them it might be ok but as it's four, I can't just start them can I?

It's so stressful. It took me a year to work up courage to finally agree to the assessment. It took me two weeks to work up courage to speak to my GP who already had the letter and was happy to issue these but clearly on the basis she's assumed I've told him everything but I forgot. I sat in my car in a public car park during the call and it was just so stressful I couldn't think properly.

Anyone here know whether she might have checked and decided it was ok or anyone take multiple things with ADs?
Anyone done something similar and it was fine?

It usually comes up with an alert for contraindications and the GP can make a decision if the benefits outweighs the risks. However, if they may not know about all your medications, it would definitely be best to speak to the GP -or the psychiatrist/their secretary.
Can you do an EConsult for the GP so you can list everything if it’s difficult talking? -obviously don’t start taking the new AD until you have had someone clarify it’s okay.

You need to contact the psychiatrist rather than your GP. I take multiple meds, some of them a bit iffy with each other but am carefully monitored.

Goodness you're so hard on yourself, well done you for trying to get all this sorted out in these difficult times! I can't imagine how difficult and stressful appointments at random times when you at work are. Phone your GP and tell her about all the meds and get her to check and tell you what she thinks. Then start being a lot kinder to yourself xxx
