I am after a bit of advice really as to whether this is a mental health issue or not. I have never suffered from poor mental health but I think my DH is.

He suffers from severe headaches as well as indigestion and lethargy. He has lost enthusiasm for anything and I am trying to work out if it is a medical problem or a mental health issue. He doesn't get any of the above whilst at work he says literally starts as he walks in the door,. He says the noise and the chaos when he walks in is what starts it. He wants to be able to sit down after work in peace. But now the kids are older this just isn't practical. He says where ever he goes apart from our room there is is a child in the way and if one of them is out or both even they still need picking up or taking somewhere. He literally gets his dinner and sits in his room all night then goes to bed about 930 he needs at least 10 hrs sleep. He won't get involved with helping me pick kids up if they both collecting at the same time. He says the only cure will be when the kids have left home and he can sit in peace and quiet again in his own house without it being used as a hotel or us being used as a taxi service. I think he is suffering from depression personally but he refuses to seek help. Any advice on how I can help him. Thank you
