I have been asked this question twice now when speaking to GP and when having a health assessment (different person) cant remember ever being asked this before and I'm not sure of the point in the question but there obviously IS a point to it or they wouldnt have asked (feels like one of those leading questions) all the other questions seems sensible but I'm just curious as to why they ask this one.

Anyone know?

Because if you answer “being dead”, “going to Venus”, or “becoming Queen”, they’ll know something is amiss Smile

My therapist asked me when we started cbt for my anxiety, I guess so he could help me work towards them - he referred back to them during the treatment. I think the question was “what are your goals for treatment? What would you like it to do for you?” More than general goals (I would like to spend 80% of my time outside, grow nice vegetables, have another baby without shredding my already rather knackered fanny and read some good books in peace please. Is that suitably ambitious 🤣)
