What do you do if you are on the verge of a break down, have ongoing health problems, homeschooling teenagers and working full time? I need a break!

I had major surgery last October that went wrong so now have a tube out my back to drain my kidney, I have had Sepsis twice, only been out of hospital a week so still recovering from that but can't afford to take anymore time off.

Any advice would be gratefully received as I am barely holding my head above water!

That sounds like a really difficult situation! Could you try picking the biggest problem just now, and focussing on solutions for that? You can't pour from an empty cup, so from your post it does sound like your health may be worth prioritising as far as your able to, so you are then well enough to be able to work out how to home school and work (which is enough for anyone to be getting on with at the best of times!). And if there is anyone you can lean on for support, definitely take all the support you can get! Hope things improve for you soon.

At this time I think , you should take help of your kids in housework and cooking .A bit of responsibility should be given to them.A bit of structure in the day would help and throughout the week would be good. Are your kids having any online classes from school or you are teaching them ?.Also its too much if you are been asked to finish everything perfectly .Let go things which are low in priority. Also rewind each day like listening to music .Hope this helps you .
