I have eupd so struggle with life a lot. I am feeling very low and lonely at the moment and struggling to cope with life and living. I cant contact mental health as they simply dont care.
Please can I have a handhold to get through it

Things went badly I'm sectioned in hospital. Spoke to the nurse and she said I have a meeting tomorrow but wont be discharged yet. Just got to hope things improve soon.
