Does anyone else’s anxiety heightened during hot weather ?

I went out to shops later pm yesterday and had the most horrible panic feeling due to it being 31* still and really glad I was in and out in less than 5 mins.
Today I woke with the thought another day of sun🥵 and it’s left me with thought after thought arriving. I didn’t wanna let it win so I went out to shops again. I was fine, it was much cooler inside than shop yesterday.
I was proud of myself.
So having done it, I now feel just as anxious. I don’t want to be having anxious thoughts and panic every time we get sun.
I’m sat here trying to get some control back, toying do I have another diazepam or ride it out
I have anxiety everyday with some sort of symptom Or other and it only seems to settle after 6pm
This I think is because by then I don’t need to go anywhere and tea is over.

I loathe anxiety and the controlling it as on me.
Don’t people say
Well take control back, if I could I bloody would. If it was that easy.

Hi
After a serious health scare last year I developed anxiety for the first time and despite my recovery the anxiety hasn’t gone.
I’ve never had it before and had no idea how debilitating it can be. The last couple of days I’ve felr the same as you described. It feels like I’m on the verge of a panic attack and my chest is tight.
I’m sorry you’re struggling with it at the moment, it’s very tough xx

Yes I take ad’s, don’t think I’d be here if it got any worse than it is.

Anxiety is debilitating most definitely, as said unless you have suffered with it you can not imagine the fear it causes.
I know there’s lots of Degrees of anxiety, some have it and can continue to work etc.
Some people have mild, others chronic.
