Can't see the point anymore

I'm so sad and I've been so unhappy for so long. I haven't gone to work today, just couldn't see the point. I need to change my life but I don't know how to. I feel like there's only maybe one person who would be upset if I wasn't here anymore. I feel so alone. My life is a mess.

There's no need to be sorry, I hope you're alright? How are you doing today?

How is everyone today ?

Lonelylockdown22 · 18/06/2020 13:18

Very anxious. Have called in sick to work the past two days and my manager has ignored both my messages. So now I'm just thinking she must be absolutely fuming.

mind has information of how to tell your employer. You might find it easier to email rather than speak on the phone?

Hi. Thinking of you all. Today I ended up having double therapy (my therapust at 9 then camps family therapy at 2) bit too much.
