Health anxiety/ overactive thyroid

Just looking for some advice/ support.
I had a baby 4 months ago, ended up being born premature due to having preeclampsia/ partial placenta abruption. was in hospital for nearly 2 weeks due to my BP not coming under control, I was put on different BP meds- the dr said they felt my anxiety in hosp was worsening it also. Anyway at home it seemed to sort itself out, so I came off the meds. If anything when I check BP now its on low side like can be 98/62 which starts me worrying about it being too low.
I haven't felt great since the birth, plus baby had horrendous colic and I've generally been highly stressed for months.
I had a blood test and my TSH levels are low indiciating overactive thyroid, but I don't think the test is particularly bad cos one dr was happy to just repeat it in 8 wks. Anyway I saw gp due to my HR being really fast and not feeling well. He's sending me for more bloods and a scan on my neck.
I just feel crippled with anxiety, I don't know what is anxiety and what is not. I was given propranolol 40mg x 3 daily but I felt worse on it so Im trying stopping it and just seeing what my hr is like.
Im terrified I have a heart condition although gp says its very unlikely.
I had an ecg a week after the birth due to fast HR then, and it was ok. I think because Ive read about postpartum cardiomyopathy its made me worse. My chest feels so uncomfortable and almost like aching.... I know at times Im over breathing and taking an overly deep breath in all the time which isn't helping. I cant sleep at the moment, and due to my baby only just starting to sleep a bit at night, my sleep pattern has been terrible.
Do you think its unlikely it would be my heart now if the ecg etc was OK a week after birth?
My HR seems to race when I get up to do anything- I know this can be thyroid related but my anxiety is making it 10 times worse.
:(
