Any Twilight fans here? Spoiler alert for those who haven’t seen it. But the part where she’s turning and on morphine - outwardly totally still and quiet, while inside her blood is boiling, she’s screaming and clawing at her own skin.

Can post a short clip if needed but hopefully my description is adequate 😅

Does anyone else feel like this at times?
I'd describe it as extreme agitation. I'm at a loss as to how I can help myself, sometimes it's remedied by having a cry and it can build up quickly or be lingering most of the day, often accompanies tiredness but as a single mother of a very young child I can't do much about feeling exhausted.

Yes I feel like this often. Its usually the week before my period, I've got pmdd. I try to describe it to my husband like I'm crawling in my own skin and just wish I could get out of my own body. Horrible feeling and I've not found anything that helps. Mine also is exacerbated by extreme fatigue. Must be tough being a single parent. I've got 3 and really need time out when I feel like this Flowers

Yes that's how it feels I also feel on the brink of frustrated tears. I'm also due on so this could be linked, it never occurred to me thanks for that. I really need a break, day naps are great but it does mean extra late nights, miss the days of long baby naps and early nights!! Thanks for replying x
