I know it's not long but I'm on my 3rd day and I just don't know if I want to keep on with it. I have constantly felt sick, dizzy, light headed .. gone off food .. starving but can't eat.
Can I just stop it after only being on a few days or should i take a half

Gonna sound like Yoda here but until you feel ready in yourself to improve your mood, there is nothing any of us can say to help you. It sounds like you're stuck in a rut of negative thinking. I'd look at other avenues to help your mental health. Mindfulness, one to one counselling, group counseling, using Meetup to meet new people. Good luck

Yeah my pupils stayed dilated for about five days but honestly all of those effects do wear off and are not dangerous. It's not a nice feeling but if you want to help yourself then you need to give it a go Thanks

The first week is definitely the worst! I have exactly the same. If it’s that bad then get in touch with your GP but in my experience it definitely gets easier after that first week xxc

I'll try again this morning. I do want to get out of this negative place. I did CBT once a year after I had my daughter then again a few years ago and I'm just no good at changing how I think about things. I'm not really bothered about meeting other people. My life revolves around the tv and I'm quite happy with that. Just want to be happy when I'm alone.

Things are better now. I took 2 days at 25mg and then I just took a full one on Thursday... And yesterday I felt really good. I wasn't ill with it and I was in a good mood.
I had 1 raspberry gin last night and felt like I'd had 5! I did ask the Dr if I could have a drink or 2 and they said it would be ok.
