My dd is 15 and self harms. Tonight she cut both her upper thighs. Now she is brighter and in bed with bandages round her legs.
I’m in bits.
Tomorrow she sees her clinical psychologist anyway. She had an operation last year and since then she seems to have ptsd.
I can’t seem to stop her doing this.

Keep on with the therapy and support for your DD. Sometimes it is difficult for a young person to articulate what they are feeling so turn on themselves. Perhaps she doesn't even know what is causing this herself.
Can I suggest you also get support for your self. Call Samaritans and chat to them they will listen and understand.
Would your DD talk to Samaritans or Childline when she feels the need to SH. If she could talk to someone until the feeling passes it might help her cope.

Yesterday I had a small win with dd13 self harm, she's been seeing the GP and is waiting on a CAMHS federal but I said to her, where ever she is and she wants to do it call me and I'll listen. Yesterday evening she handed over a pencil sharpener blade and said to me"I don't want this".

Obviously I've had a few problems with the school about this, get calling me etc And it's been difficult with work as well but I think it's a break through.

Keep taking your DD to the GP CAMHS, and hopefully you'll get a break through to
