Anyone else been misdiagnosed?

With BPD/EUPD when really it was Bipolar?

I was misdiagnosed with Bpd & depression in approx 2010. I was on high dose anti depressants.

I was sent to a clinic to do DBT in 2012 only to be told by the clinic that I didn't have full blown Bpd, only a few traits, & I was in fact suffering acute Psychosis. I was extremely paranoid & delusional.

I was sent back to my Psychiatrist & medicated with anti psychotics & started to recover from the acute Psychosis in 2013.

But the paranoia & some delusional thoughts continue to this day.
Now the Psychiatrist has diagnosed me with Schizo Affective Disorder (Bipolar type).
Plus still having 'some' traits of Bpd.

I feel a little confused by it all.
