Initial assessment with Acute Mental Health Team

Anyone have any experiences I have my initial appointment after an attempted OD at the weekend. Just trying to work out what to expect? Will they want to know about any further plans I have made? This weekend was an accidental failure.

Thank you for asking. I’ve got some diazepam to try with Zopiclone so will see how tonight goes. The team have been brilliant

My brain definitely seems numb this evening. I can’t get my head around I have to think past the day I was going to end it all although I am still keeping my options open in this respects but I’m taking the support offered
