I'm due to meet a friend in week and half and I'd so love to see her but I'm having a flare up of this so have to cancel now so as not to let her down last minute.

I usually only see one friend and he's brilliant with it as he just grabs hold of my hand tightly if he notices I'm getting nervy and doesn't criticise at all.

A woman I met a few years ago said she had this for a couple of years then it just cleared.

I feel very bad about delaying seeing my friend though.

If she’s s true friend and knows how you suffer, then she should understand.

I’m exactly the same, I can’t even manage family most of the time and they know, but i have this thing where i think it will draw attention and they will fuss.
I’m usual uk when I’ve felt slightly better and enjoyed it, but it’s the catastrophing before hand that stops me

Don’t be to hard on yourself, and be kind to yourself

Haribo I feel a bit better someone gets the same if that makes sense and doesn't sound nasty Blush

I've delayed meeting up, luckily doctors phoned earlier and told me to have an ultrasound ASAP, I refused to do it tonight but I'll have to do it next week so it comes across as being a better excuse.

Thank you anyway it helps knowing you're not alone :)

No problem
I bet there’s a lot more of us about
We tend to think we’re on are own

Hope it’s nothing serious, will you be ok to get to hospital next week

You don’t need to feel you have to make excuses when you feel you can’t do things, real friends, family should understand otherwise there not real friends

Good luck next week x
