Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one struggling with this... maybe we could share our symptoms?

Mine are:
Irritability
Exhaustion
Itchy skin with no rash
Racing heartbeat
Waking with a panic like from a nightmare
Insomnia
Restlessness and talking too fast
Poor concentration and memory
Panic over little things like being late for something minor that doesn't matter
Obsessive thoughts

Racing thoughts
Catastophising
Health anxiety
Feeling hot and cold at the same time
Itchy eyes!
Poor concentration and focus
Inability to cope or even feel present in my new job.

I was doing ok when on meds’ but kept getting hives, so I came off of them.

Flowers to everyone. Itchy skin is a new one on me but something I do get , don't know if it's linked? I'm not diagnosed but I catatrophise a lot, cry a lot, palpitations, intrusive thoughts (which sometimes fall out of my mouth), very brutal negative voices. Sometimes I do feel slightly adrift from myself. Had a bad week last week and considering going to gp for the first time.

My anxiety seems to never manifest in the same way twice! But the latest Bout has included...

Cold sweats
Edgy
Irritable
Agoraphobia
Loss of appetite
Heart palpitations
Shortness of breath
Panic attacks
Insomnia
Uncontrollable shaking

NeverSurrender · 05/11/2017 21:45

Irritable
Insomnia
Grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw so my mouth seizes shut ,my ear and head hurt and my neck goes stiff
Palpitations and racing heart
Feeling nauseous
Feeling no real
Freezing so I feel I can’t move

Propanol and citalopram have helped massively wish I’d done it sooner. Excercise ( cardio and weights with some yoga) have also helped too.

Got my sertraline at the GP today. I actually had a panic attack in the appointment so it was pretty clear I needed it. I've had a Diaz diazepam this afternoon which calmed me down enough to do school pick up and host a play date! 2 very good friends came round with their kids which did me a lot of good.

I get:
Heart racing
Waking in fear and then insomnia
Shaking
Stomach cramps
Tension headaches
Tiredness
Irritability
Weepiness
Jaw clenching
Different picky things e.g. Biting nails, skin near nails, picking dry skin on feet, squeezing black heads until I bleed, pinching my hands until I bruise.
Worrying about sleep
Restlessness.

I have always had this. I recall crying every day after infant school as I was too scared to speak to anyone and found it stressful. Crying was a release of stress and good. I didn't not like school. I enjoyed learning. It was just hard. I can recall similar stress symptoms at every point in my life.

I don't think I know what normal feels like. I am on sertraline but not noticed a difference yet. Been on other meds before.
