Sertraline and feeling cold

Does anyone else have this side effect? And would a different SSRI be better?
I know it's the sertraline as it went away when I stopped taking it for a short period and came back once I started again.
I feel unbearable cold and unable to warm up. I'll be wrapped up in a duvet on an electric blanket with the heating of for hours and still feel chilled to the bone.

Yup, this is happening to me too. I am nearly 2 weeks in and finding the sides effects hideous.

Hi, I'm on Sertraline (have been for a while). Initially the side effects were absolutely hideous. Now I'm feeling okay on it.

I didn't particularly notice feeling cold, but then that may be because I am always freezing anyway. I have very cold hands and feet, and am often feeling cold (since childhood). The thermostat is never lower than 21 deg in my house, sometimes higher...

If after taking Sertraline for 4-6 weeks you are still suffering badly from side effects you ought to speak to your doctor about it.

I've been taking it for quite a few years.
I tried to come off slowly recently which is why I know that's a symptom now. But I can't come off it my anxiety has come back very intensely.
My doctor just told me coldness isn't a side effect.. Which wasn't particularly helpful.
Has anyone taken another SSRI that didn't have this side effect?

I get this from citalopram but only at night?! During the day it's all about the hot flushes!

I'm always cold. Hadn't connected it to sertraline though.
