I am seeing my GP Thursday and want to discuss anxiety, stress & hair thinning.
I've struggled for a year with teeth grinding (stress related) but recently feel very anxious, on edge and am snappy.
I've never experienced this before, is it likely I will offered some time off work (signed off)? I don't want time off, but realistically I imagine it will help ease my anxiety levels.
Just wondered if I needed to ask, or if the dr usually offers it. Thanks.
