Hi all. I've been suffering with anxiety especially around work for a while now- am back in work tomorrow. Have had a strange Christmas- was so looking forward to it, but my do who is very difficult and emotionally and verbally abusive, has been on usual form.
I feel really lonely at the moment- young people doing their thing, dh being horrible , tiredness etc. anyone around to say hi? X

Thanks. Glad DH is calmer, it must be hard not feeling safe at home. When DH is ill it gets hard because I end up walking on egg shells worried about saying the wrong thing.

Yes, I am learning to improve my approach and responses to him and his outbursts/ controlling nature, but it's hard because I am sensitive and really hate conflict.
I had a think about my story today, it's starting to make more sense, to become more consolidated as the bi hover picture. It's talked a long time , but it's getting clearer. I still need the therapy for a while yet as I haven't yet learnt what to do and how to make choices and be healthy in the future , only so far understanding the past.
I remember reading your story- I hope your dh is well currently and the holiday season has gone well. I find it hard to cope with the unpredictability of dh moods, so what you are experiencing sounds difficult. Flowers
