I'm thinking of getting one of those lamps that's simulate sunshine as I think I have SAD in addition to (or maybe just a worsening of) my depression.
Also because I prefer more 'natural' remedies. I have medication but I'm terrible at taking it (I don't feel it helps much and don't like the way it makes me feel artificially 'up')
But not sure how the lamps react with ocd.
Anyone got any experience with this?
Also how do you talk yourself into taking your meds? I know I should take them but hate it.
