You can call 111 again. Giving details is ok, it is how the NHS works.

If you want someone to talk to but no treatment you could call the Samaritans.

Remember doing something that is not ideal is ok, many people drink a bit too much, or smoke etc. it is how you feel that matters. If you want NHS help with that a 111 call or a gp on Monday is the way to go. But it does not mean that because you did this today you will be back in the cycle necessarily.

You can text and email Samaritans. Or use a pay phone of they exist near you?

I've done this recently and the urge to buy laxatives is very strong. Every meal is hard but I have stopped and you can too. I hope you manage to get it under control.

Don't be ashamed - be kind to yourself when you're having a rough time. There's nothing here yo be ashamed of, but you do need a hand getting yourself to a calmer place.

The Samaritans is a good idea, or talking to your GP about bring referred for counselling. You've caught yourself right au the beginning of something that could be really negative for you - and that's good and important.

I used to find that going for a walk after eating helped me to avoid the feeling that you describe. It helped me to clear my head and feel a bit more in control.

Some Samaritans see people face to face.
