I have been taking citalopram for 3 to 4 weeks and it has really helped my low mood. I am still a little anxious though.
However, I seem to have a constant headache and really sore shoulders and neck. They feel so tense. I don't know what tod do and I am on holiday on Saturday.

I dont know anything about citalopram.
But the constant headache[dont know if you still have it],and really sore shoulders and neck could be because you are really tense in that area, and your muscles maybe around your neck, are tense and need to be loosened.
Not sure if you can google that.
I have had physiotherapy for that.
I have to apply direct heat if necessary,as in say a wheatbag.
Then I was given a group of exercises intended to loosen my neck muscles, which very basically invole moving neck, shoulders and head in all sorts of direction to loosen everything in that area.
Your GP may well choose to refer you to a physiotherapist. My tension there has got nothing to do with a low mood, for me it is a physically weak area of my body.
