Anybody used this for anxiety inducing events eg job interviews. Is it effective? Any side effects. I reasise that no efficacy has been proven but lots of poeple seem to swear by it. Any side effects?

There are no side effects because it is just a small amount of water. People who swear by it are benefitting from the placebo effect. Save your cash.

I used it when moving house, and was able to come up with a solution to delays instead of losing my temper. All I remember is feeling a bit "different", more relaxed for whatever reason, and would use it again whatever is causing the effect - it's not expensive.

I used to use it to relax horses when they got wound up. It worked for them, even though they had no concept of the placebo effect! I used it on myself for exams as well. No side effects.

I've used it before & it's brilliant IMO. I don't really care if it's the placebo effect or not, it works & that's what counts at the end of the day.

I used it for my driving test along with dark chocolate which is meant to have the same effect not that I needed an excuse and I think placebo or not it certainly helped me keep calm.

Recommended by my holistic vet for anxiety in my dogs.

I drink it, it's great. I quite like the little pastilles actually, great when driving.

Neil's Yard Remedies - do a series of Bach Flower Essences, e.g. letting go, optimism, unwind etc. No water in these, it is brandy! But no idea if they help or not, I like them, because if nothing else it is a reminder to take the focus gently back to the moment and to me and it feels kind to myself. No side effects, just 4 little drops under the tongue or in a glass of water. Actually if you went into the shop the staff are usually very good and informed and might be able to advise.
