Hi everyone.
Please does anyone know about SAD lamps? I want to get one but am bewildered by the choice!
I want a reasonably small one to take to work and back, and lend to others if poss.
I'm considering the "Lumie Brightspark" (£115) or the "Litepod" (£115). Or an "Inspiration" lamp (£145) which has a dawn simulation mode as well as the 10,000 lux option.
There's a much cheaper one (£50) called the "Lifemax therapy pad" but it's only 5000 Lux and I don't know at what distance that is either.
Or the (£159) Apollo "BLUEWAVE" GoLite P1 claims to be muc better than the traditional 10,000 lux. But I don't know whether that's true. Their website says they can tell you the best time for you to use it and using it at other times may be counter-productive. So would this mean I couldn't share it with a friend? And can you use normal SAd lamps at different times of day or not?
Thanks for any comments....
