Sports bras for ample chests??

Hello all,

Ive started doing a lot running, weights, ropics blah blah blah recently, and my poor M&S sports bra is just not up to the challenge of supporting two large mounds hurtling up and down at great speed.

Im around 34DD/E, and dont fancy them getting any saggier, so am looking to invest in a good sports bra.

Has anyone got any recommendations for a good sports bra that can take some force for the more ample of busts? Dont mind about price

berlei shock absorber was always the best when I exercised, go somewhere with a good range there are different 'levels' as to how much support you need (i.e. intensity of exercise combined with largeness of boob)

I've got a great Freya one too, also from Bravissimo. Shock absorbers are also effective but the Freya one is prettier.

I've found sports bras tend to come up small around the back, so I'd recommend trying on if possible.

I'm same size as you and run a lot. The shock absorber level 4 is good, but best of all is the Enell front fastening one - no movement at all with that on.

I'm the same as you (32-34 E-F), and have a Shock Absorber running bra for running (strangely enough) which is a git to get into but lovely and firm when on, and a Freya one for pilates and gymnastics. The latter can be worn when not actually exercising, as it gives you (gasp) two boobs.

I have previously bought from Bravissimo, but these are from boobydoo

Debenhams have started a funky looking range in larger sizes & they are really comfortable. I like to breathe when running (while avoiding a boob in the face).

I didn't really enjoy the Bravissimo experience, tried to sell me the ugliest bra ever.

I have a shock absorber level 4 and have madonna-like conical breasts! They don't move but it's not the most flattering look, I might try some of the recommendations on here

Berlei shock absorber level 4. Not the most delicate design but it works!

I am that sort of size, and got one from BHS, can't remember the price, but not a lot. Does the job. Too soon to say how well it will wear, but I would think OK as only waer it for a few hours a week if that!!! Best thing is the straps don't constantly fall off my shoulders.

sorry to ask, but how often should you replace a sports bra? thanks.
