can i resurect this thread please. How do you unlock the 'long jog'. I assume its the last one on the aerobics screen, its the only one i've not unlocked. I've done 30 mins of stepping while watching corri and that was great, legs felt like jelly afterwards so that must be good (?). I have noticed that you seem to unlock stuff while doing something unrelated ie it keeps telling me i've unlocked a new yoga position and i never do the yoga (cant see the point, if i want to relax i get a book, a coffee or a biscuit - or preferably all three!). Can anyone remember what they were on when they unlocked the 30 min jog I can see I'm prob gonna have to do some yoga to get it!

Can't actually remember but some of the things unlock after a certain amount of time, or if you do a certain amount of time on the shorter versions of that exercise. So to unlock the longer jogging try repeating the short jogs. I hate the jogging - gives me half the score OH gets when he seems to be working half as hard.

It's worth trying the yoga, it helps tone you up. Unless you stick to the two exercises that just involve deep breathing or sitting still you may not find it quite as relaxing as you think.

Unless you are doing a lot of aerobics Wii Fit is better for toning than for weight loss.

DD1 says you have to go on the highest jogging level you've got and do it repeatedly and you will eventually unlock the 30 minute one.
