Wow littlemiss...thats a lot! How do you fit it all in? I work 4 days a week and have dd on the other day, plus have a three hours commute at least 3 days a week so struggle to fit it in what I do.

bloody hell littlemiss. Are you Madonna?
Aren't you meant to have rest days?

littlemisschatalot · 30/10/2008 14:24

i do have rest days, usually do 2 or 3 classes back to back. wish i had nmadonnas bod! still a 12 virgin has a creche that you pay 12 per month for, they get 2 hours per day, so ds 1 and 2 go in there 3 times per week. other times go at night, take turns with hubby.
feel more toned but havnt lost much weight, but body sahpe has changed.

needmorecoffee · 30/10/2008 19:03

can you take my body down there please? I don't have either time or money being a carer n all but if you could pop my tummy along that would be great

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/11/2008 12:45

needmorecoffee you can do tummy exercises at home

the worst two to do,and seem to be the best for tummys are

plank - lie on tummy, then step up on toes and on forearms and hold tummy in - try and hold in that posistion for 30 secs then increae to aminute

tip toe - lay on bank, lift legs up, knees bent and hold tummy in and tap toes down alturnity(sp)

it seems easy but you can really feel it work your tummy muscles

I do bugger all actual exercise - but I do walk the dog every day for 2 - 3 hours, which keeps me generally sort of fit. I lost 5 kilos over about 6 months just doing this and not changing anything else ie what I eat (which is rather a lot - plus I love baking too). I'm about 2 kilos off what my ideal weight would be, but I can live with that!

Hate, hate, HATE sports of any kind and would rather cut off right arm than join a gym However, I think I'd enjoy doing something like yoga or pilates, but really don't know much about either...

I blardy loves it! Gone from a 14 stone / size 16-18 lard arse (for me) to 10 stone / size 10-12 and discovered that I love love love love exercising (having spent all my life - am late 30's - avoiding it.
