For context, i have never had knee pain before deapite running marathons in my 20s. I am almost 50 now.
o have recently lost 20kg /3 stones thanks to mounjaro and i have one more stone to go. So technically my knees should be happy not to have to carry so mich extra weight…
simce ive lost weight, i have resumed exercising and this is 1 hot yoga class a week and 1 bootcamp class in the park (no running, no weight). Sometimes i’ll add a calisthenic video but not consistently
my knees hurt ! The pain is at the front and on the sides, both knees. The pain never really go away..

or any other advice? How can i prevent the knee pain? I dont do any impact exercise so i dont understand why it hurts
