Need advice on my full body workout split

Hello,
I've been working out consistently for one year. I was following typical 4 day "bro split" (monday - chest, triceps; etc..).
However, I've started a new job and I won't have so much time & energy for my previous 4 day split. I decided to change my workout split to full body.
I was googling a lot, I used AI to help me with this and after a few hours I created my workout split(basically two upper days and one lower day + few exercises for upper body). My main goal is to get stronger at bench press and therefore I do bench press every single day.

Today I have finished my first week. I must say that "Full Body B" was pretty demanding and I felt kind of tired after finishing exercise #6.

What do you think ? Should I follow this workout split or should I edit it ? What would you recommend ?

Here's my workout split

No deadlifts, very little for quads, glutes and hamstrings, only one lot of squats, nothing for mobility or balance, very little for the posterior chain.

OK if you want to bench an elephant, but it seems quite unbalanced to me.

But I do all the major compound lifts, plus a lot of functional strength and endurance work (eg heavy sled pushes and drags) and a fair bit of mobility work, as well as metcon and/ or HIIT sessions. Plus around 12,00 to 15,000 steps a day.

It’s not very full body. There’s a lot of exercises and unless you have a clear idea of why you’re doing them there may well be wasted energy. Why so much biceps? Where do you fail your bench? That would tell you what you need to work on to increase your bench. Bench is a very technical lift so once you’ve got so far with strength it’s gonna also need technique. Keeping tension in your body matters a lot so a strong body all round matters. I’d suggest buying an off the shelf programme (or paying a coach) rather than trying to figure it out yourself if you can.

No advice as I’m more into functional fitness/sport but maybe try posting in The Weights Room chat for more targeted advice.

Are you male?
Not that there's anything wrong with that
