Boxing in Birmingham

I might have to stay overnight in Birmingham, arriving on a Tuesday and leaving late Wednesday afternoon.

Could any locals recommend any boxing/circuit classes? Or indeed any other good fitness classes? Would need to be in the vicinity of New St station/city centre as I won't be driving. I'm not familiar with the city, so easy to find!

Ideally I'd love a super early class on the Wednesday morning - starting at 6 or 06:30.
Would need to be PAYG as it would be a one off.

I'm dreading being out of routine so looking for any solutions!
Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Would also be interested on the Tuesday evening if there's anything suitable.

I'm sorry, I'm not local. But I have in the past struggled with feelings of dread at getting out of a fitness routine. And I have to suggest, gently, that you might want to work on that. Going on a trip for a couple of weeks, or an extended period away from home, would be reasonable grounds for trying to find an interim solution for exercise. I am not criticising you for being worried about this - if you are worried, then you are worried. But addressing the worry over the longer term, so you are not stressed out by one overnight trip, would probably be a good idea, rather than scrabbling around trying to locate an exercise class.

Thanks for your message. I'm not worried, I just really enjoy working out. It sets me up for the day, physically and mentally.
Also, I'm working towards certain goals and I don't really want to miss out because of work commitments. I have rest days, but I'd rather they weren't enforced.
