Online workout for Abs, poss pilates?

Can anyone recommend an online, on demand abs workout which might be suitable for prolapse? (so someone who provides guidance on form rather than a young influencer type).

I desperately need to rebuild my core after two years of very little core work and pelvic floor surgeries.

Apart from post surgery I've carried on with weights and naturally do some core as part of that (Bodyfit by Amy/Caroline Girvan stuff), but my osteopath thinks my backache has developed as my core has weakened. I am working on hips and SI joint with specific physio exercises.

I do have pronounced anterior tilt as well.

I really don't like the style of Dr Bri or Jessica Valantes (I am sure they are lovely women in real life!)

I find pilates so dull, but if someone knows of a good class I'd go for that! I am considering a new one in real life but the one I used to go to got repetitive.

I'd ideally like 10/20 minute sessions that I can bolt onto my existing physio and morning yoga on those days I am not doing weights. I know that there are loads of online influencer people who do little videos on insta, but I don't really want to have to create my own workout ifyswim?

Can anyone suggest anything please?

Thank you in advance!

Have a look at Lauren Fitter on YouTube

@Pancakewaffle thank you, I will do.

I should have said, I also don't mind paying for content, esp if there are lots of videos I can use.

I subscribe to Lia Bartha. In the app, there is a section pre/postpartum that includes transverse abdominis/ diastasis.
The app is amazing, the sheer amount of videos of all types (700+) plus the live classes is incredible. Most involve a pilates ball, sometimes a resistance band, but for travel she has many no prop classes.
Of all the pilates content I have seen, this stands out. The app is called The B method and you can try it for free for 7 days.

@Cormoran thank you so much! Both of these look great and I've never seen either of them before.
It hadn't occurred to me to look at post partum stuff, my DC are 15&17 but I suppose it's basically the same issue!
