Ending back and pelvic pain

Has anyone successfully stopped lower back and pelvic pain, through exercise? I have 3DC and since the second one was born (big baby) my coccyx and surrounding area have played up. I am in near constant pain now, and I think that strengthening my core and back are probably the only way to solve it… Experiences very welcome.

I have successfully treated muscle injuries with Pilates. Not LBP though

I recommend seeing a pelvic physio, someone who specialises in women's health. I saw one after over a year of medical investigations into awful pelvic pain and she worked out what muscular issues were causing the pain, gave me some exercises and it made a huge difference - I was absolutely over the moon

Seconding this. Also pilates, and I had some acupuncture on the NHS which helped improve it too.

I had SPD and a rough forceps birth and ended up going to an osteopath which made a major difference in a few weeks.

Long term, getting fitter and stronger has helped. I have fewer joint issues in my 40s than I did in my teens/ 20s. You will need specific advice on what/ how to strengthen up first or you'll risk aggravating imbalances and further injuries.
