Anyone tried a rebounder?

Reels of these keep popping up on my FB feed and I am started to get tempted. Has anyone used a rebounder for fitness? Was it any good/any insights? And if you do like them - which are the good ones that don't cost £400?

No idea, but following as I’m interested to. They seem to pop up on the context of better lymphatic flow / lipoedema and lymphedema management a lot too. 🧐

My physio recommended them for safe exercise with dodgy knees or hips

I bought one of these. Lived in the shed for 6 months and to my surprise I didn’t get a pound lighter! 🤣

I had one for a few years - it's nice for general exercise and the kids played with it a bit. There are some great youtube exercise videos. I wouldn't pay £400 though - mine was £50 from ebay!

Bought one and couldn't use it as turned out my pelvic floor couldn't cope.

Yes! I use it regularly and follow YouTube videos. I had mine from Amazon. Bought the biggest one I could find (with the bar to hold on to, though I no longer use that). Paid about £80 for it.

Yes I bought one on black Friday and absolutely love it. I use it most days

I bought it on Amazon and it’s less than £80 and has cord rather than springs and it’s silent. Although if you do get this one put some matts down to protect your carpet as it will mark your flooring. Il add the link for you
