New to strength training - best app/online program

I’m menopausal, put on weight, look puffy and bloated and having spent the past year in a bit of a slump, I finally feel ready to do something about it. I can see that strength training is the way forward and need a plan to follow.

I’ve looked at Bodycoach, Anna Murray, MyFit coach, Zing but open to personal recommendations and frankly, just need to choose & stop procrastinating🤣
I want something simple I can open up at the gym/home, be shown how to do the the exercises (see correct form) know how many reps/sets to do that day, get on and do the workout then tick off until the next one session & know that by the end of the week, I’ve covered all the major muscle groups and will progress over time.

I can realistically only commit to 2 x 45 min gym sessions a week but can do 2 at home (minimal equipment) & already do a weekly Yoga class. Should I be doing cardio as well - I used to run so could try and reintroduce that a couple of times a week? I have an hour+ walk every day with the dog, but otherwise very sedentary.

I like the HASfit app. Simple to use and lots of beginner weight programmes to start with.

I use the SWEAT app - it’s for women has home and gym workouts.

I've just bought the Owning Your Menopause book (currently 99p on Kindle!) and it includes access to the 30 day programme - there's a beginner level and an intermediate one. I'm currently laid low with a stinking cold but hope to start once I'm feeling up to it!
