I no it did and I am glad you saw it before it was taken off. I only wanted ideas about losing weight and I get this because of a typing error. To be honest it puts me off even writing on here due to people like you.

Please don’t let people like that (up their own arse) put you off posting. There are a few people like that on here, on some sort of drive to point out our errors, even though we are neither their children nor their pupils. It’s incredibly rude.

I’m sorry I don’t have any weight loss advice. I’d like some myself!

Wow I’m impressed you can think about diet and exercise 3 months PP! Ignore the spelling police, we understand what you mean. I agree with others, to lose weight you need to focus on diet and eating healthily. I can’t advise on diets however I’ll tell
you what works for me with exercise if you want to fit some in. As you say with a young baby you never know when you will get a few minutes to yourself, if at all. So I would have a mat and a cheap set of dumbbells somewhere easily accessible in the house, and hopefully somewhere you can easily clear a space (I have to shove a sofa and dining table out of the way and I’m ready to go). I wouldn’t bother with any subscriptions, I would use YouTube and when you can do some short HIIT or strength sessions, 15-30 minutes at a time. I like Fitness Blender and Growing Ananas. I find it’s also great for my mental health and a little bit of me time.

Would your older 2 like Joe Wicks OP? I did some with kids during lockdown they were great!

Sugar is not good for you but cutting it out in its entirety is not sustainable and will lead to cravings, possibly binging. Just eat mainly healthy but don’t restrict anything. It’s not good to have good foods and bad foods everything in moderation is key.

yeah as PP's have said, you cant out run a bad diet. But please be gentle with yourself, 3 months isn't a long time after having a baby. I've just got back to my pre-baby weight. My oldest is almost 6.5, not that is anything to aspire to.

Hi OP

Don't get a treadmill - they're too big, take up too much space and end up being neglected and make you feel guilty every time you look at them!

There's some great YouTube content you could dip your toe into:

Get Fit with Rick - walking videos you do at home! Good for getting a sweat on and giving you an endorphin high. Really fun and a great way to get your steps in without leaving your house!

MonikaFit - short workouts from 10 to 30 mins, choose from strength or mood boosting hiit. Some good short morning routines to get your day started with some gentle movement.

fitbymik - dumbbell sculpting workouts with dumbbells and she is pregnant so you might identify with her, being a new mum

Cheryl Coulombe - weight training workouts with dumbbells "Lift with Cee" is her beginner programme and it's really good

Those are four channels that I dip in and out of regularly and enjoy.

Good luck! Put the baby in their bouncer so they can watch you and you'll entertain them!

It’s really not nasty. I prefaced with sorry in my original post. Your foul language towards me broke MN community guidelines. I would recommend checking before you post, the new feature encourages this.

Well she spelled it perfectly in a subsequent post - 3 minutes before yours chastising her - so it was clearly a typo. Feel free to apologise instead of doubling down and making yourself look like a fool.

I bought a walking treadmill- a bit smaller than a normal running one. I’ve lost 6 stone mainly through changes to diet but now wanted to add more activity. I find it really good for fitting in some walking, especially when you need to be at home e.g. if baby is sleeping. I feel daft doing workouts on you tube etc but know some love them.

My tips would be to check the speed anything offers, they range a bit and I’m now upping my speed beyond what some of the ones I looked at offered. I stick some music on and then enjoy a walk.
