How to tone very top of inside of leg?

I have googled this but found nothing specific.
Please can anyone offer advice on how to tone the very top of the inside of my legs? There’s a patch on both legs on the inside of the thigh, extending about two inches from the gusset of my knickers, that is quite flabby and saggy. Maybe nothing can be done but I would like to try. Most exercise routines seem to work the long muscles of the thigh. Will those do anything or is it time to invest in swim shorts for my poor, sagging 54 year old body?

TIA

Callenetics!

Look up adductor muscle exercises.

have you tried pilates? Loads of exercises for inner thighs (and indeed the rest of the thighs) there.

Copenhagen planks are the only thing that make me feel like I’ve worked that area.

Thank You for all the advice, even though Copenhagen planks look terrifying and Ozempic is well out of my price range.

A lot of Pilates core work also targets the top bit of inner thighs. Sorry I don't know any technical terms. But if it's just fat then the only way to target it really is to lose weight?

Copenhagens look much more difficult than they are.

Adductor work. Anything lateral eg. Cossack squats

Copenhagen planks good for working that at home, but Reformer Pilates really gets that area for me. I don't remember what all the names of the exercises are, but we do one where you stand on the platforms, take your legs out wide, squat, legs back together. I've worked up to doing this with no springs in order to work the muscles you're describing, dead chuffed with myself!

Abductor machine in the gym one side is for the inside of your legs and it works very well I can confirm

I've been using it for about 9 months and it's helping with my pelvic strength that I've struggled with for 14+ years since SPD in pregnancy. Although I've regularly done exercises like banded clam shells in the intervening years, it's the first big leap of progress I've had since I could walk without limping! Really noticable when I'm digging in the garden which I'd long since accepted would send shooting pains through my pelvis and tire the muscles quickly.
