Hi all,

Now I have a child, I'm finding I don't have time to leave the house to exercise as much as I use to (so am turning in to a potato)

Money is tight, does anyone know of any apps that's a free or cheap that gives you home workouts?

TIA

Les Mills has a huge variety of workouts.
Body combat, pump, attack, dance yoga all sorts.
It's excellent value. If I'm short of time I do a 30 or 45 workout. You can choose the time
I started using it in lockdown and never bothered going back to a gym

There are many free workouts on YouTube, I used to do a lot of HasFit and Move with James videos (the latter for yoga and QiGong). James is excellent, I ended up tipping him many times. I’ve had LesMills subscription for third year running, it’s excellent value for money because they have thousands of workouts: cardio, strength, HIIT, bike, running, yoga, pilates, wellness, breathwork, meditations, yoga nidra for sleeping, you name it. They also have dedicated plans including a healthy eating plan which are excellent too. LesMills is not expensive (I got offered 50% off after a trail period and I’ve been paying 107 euros per year ever since), but if money is tight I would suggest starting with free YouTube videos and then, once you catch the exercise bug, move to a paid platform.
