Trying to cut long story short

Injured baxk months ago, severe lower back pain which slowly went but developed into sciatica

Has 1st physio appointment last week ans have been doing tje exercise 2x a day like he said

Should it be causing more pain to begin with? All my pain was down my left side etc from sciatica and not much in my lower back, but now i am noticing a lot of lower back pain again. Is this normal ? Is it possibly from the new exercises/stretches ?

@Jupiter12390 just wanted to see how you are going now ?
I felt something similar but told it's hip bursitis although my lower back can ache and ache

@summerbreeze2000 hello, i ended up needing surgery for 2 slipped discs! My pain went on for 8 months and got worse every day, before surgery I could barely walk. Do you have leg pain ?

@Jupiter12390 I don't have leg pain as such but I have this ache and soreness like I've been exercising heavily...
I think I do have hip bursitis as my left side is sore , I had the steroid injection back on January.
I've been a bit slack keeping up with the exercises that a physio set me. They got me to touch my toes and do the leg lift, neck movement to see if I had a slipped disc ...nothing...

It started last October when I twisted funny to pick something off the floor. Had back spasms that night every time I got up from a sitting position...

I don't know if it's just chronic pain o just have to live with...
my lower back gets tight at the end of the day...

Your other muscles will try to compensate for the pain/injury so it can affect your back if it’s your hip. Can you ask for an MRI?

I had sciatica for 6 months and couldn’t walk by the end and they did a CT guided steroid injection (before going to surgery option) and this actually worked and I didn’t need the surgery.
