'Gentle' swimming goggles

Such a thing may not exist but thought I'd consult the wise.

I swim twice a week and as I'm in my 50s I find that the goggle marks left on my skin, under my eyes, take ages to fade. I'm worried about damaging my skin permanently in that area by repeatedly bruising it.

Does anyone have advice? Especially keen to hear from people the same age.

I switched to bigger goggles. They sit on the bones and don’t seem to leave marks the same way as smaller ones. Actually googling mines and they have a special design that reduces tension on the head so maybe they are gentle! Mines are Speedo aquapulse pro

I go swimming alot but I wear prescription goggles. Do you wear a latex swimming cap? Your goggle straps should grip this more tightly enabling you to have them on a less tight setting

Thanks both. My current goggles aren't the really small ones, but I wonder if there are bigger designs. I'll check out the aqua pro. I wear a latex swimming hat.

I get my goggles from www.prescription-swimming-goggles.co.uk/ . They sell non prescription goggles too. Might be worth calling then to get a recommendation. My make is called gator. I've used this make for years
