What is acceptable after surgery?

I had breast surgery on Friday

Been told to stay off work for a week.
Drove a short distance today and was a bad idea

So bearing in mind I was exercising 4-5 times a week, what could I do?
Obviously I can't do the usual body combat or arm weights

But I was thinking maybe bodyweight leg exercises?
Some tricep kick backs?
Gentle run with good sports bra?

What do you think?

Allow your body to recover. If simply driving was a bad idea, running is a terrible idea! Ask your surgeon/consultant/doctor/qualified medical professional when you can start exercising again, and what intensity you can manage at first. But until then, rest.

I think the general rule about how long it’ll take you to get back to your former stamina after a period of recovery is that it’ll take about as long as you took off (e.g. if you rest and recover for six weeks, it’ll take about another six weeks to get back to where you were twelve weeks earlier, exercise-wise). If you don’t give yourself a proper recovery, and exercise too soon, you may injure yourself to the extent that you’ll never get back to where you were pre-surgery/illness.

Static bike is probably the only thing I'd consider in this scenario as it's not going to result in any impact. Watch out for sweating though if you've got scars to heal.

Gentle walking. Absolutely no more. Start with 5 mins tops at regular intervals - and somewhere very close to home like around your garden. It is not to be under estimated the effects of major surgery and anaesthetic on your body in these extremely early post surgery days. Gradually build up from there as you truly feel able to cope with.
as pp said - if a short drive was a bad idea and that’s basically sitting - anything more strenuous is going to set your recovery back.
sorry to nag, hope you recover quickly.

Thank you I know you're right.
I'm trying to eat better today, as I would normally rather than stuffing my face as I don't think it's helping mentally or physically.

I have done a couple of walks, Sunday and yesterday but I feel quite slow

I was told to keep my heart rate under 120 for four weeks. Due to cauterized tissue and the risk of bleeding.
I walked
