I had a baby in late 2020, and have barely done any exercise since, due to exhaustion, lack of time and lack of motivation. Prior to pregnancy I was a fairly serious runner - 45 min 10k, 1:40 half, 3:40 marathon, training 3-5 times a week. I know I’ll never get back to the standard I was before, which demotivates me even more. I think I need some new goals, but not sure where to start. Any tips for getting back into exercise after having a baby when you work full time as well?! I’ve been doing the odd 5k but that’s it.
