I agree with PP on getting a spinning bike and using an app to follow classes - I also use Peloton as got a free subscription during lockdown with my health insurance. That free period is now up and I've decided to continue paying as I really like the instructors (and the app offers much more besides spinning - running, walking, strength, yoga, stretching, Pilates, barre...).
Our spin bike was secondhand on Ebay, a Life Fitness one. Make sure you've got a clear resistance and cadence screen, and I'd say buy the best you can afford, try and so some research. Now that gyms have re-opened, there may well be some bargains as people get rid of their lockdown equipment.
There's quite a good FB group for Peloton digital app users, where they frequently discuss which bikes they have (that AREN'T Pelotons), would be a good place to start or ask questions.
But before doing any of that - do you like cycling? I have to say I'm not a cyclist and never used the spin bike until I got Peloton, and now do at least one spin class a week, so you never know, but always good to choose something you enjoy. A set of weights/resistance bands would be cheaper...
