Reducing breast size and mum tum

Hi all
So I know you cannot spot reduce areas but the two areas which I am most unhappy with are my mum tum and my breasts. They are huge I'm a 38j and they are just very uncomfortable, saggy and I struggle finding reasonable priced bras. They make my neck and back ache and give me poor posture. I have always been big chested, after having my first I went from an f to g cup which wasn't too bad but since my second I've gone from a g to a j!
Has anyone successfully managed to reduce their breast size? And if so how? Was it diet? I exercise? Combination? Also with the mum tum I don't think diet will help much as I've had 2 children and one was a c section so I have that overhang pouch going on, is there anything which I can do without surgery for that?
My diet isn't great but I do exercise regularly and neither area seems to be improving, my workouts are a mixed of spin and hiit.

Running did it for me. I had huge boobs - up to a HH at one point iirc - but now I'm a 30D.

similar issue here (although slightly smaller boobs! "only" an F cup...) also two littlies.

i run a few days a week (couch to 5k), do a mix of weights and core exercises, and also ride once a week. i throw in the occasional pilates and yoga too when i can.

for me the weights have been the key to weight loss and toning up.

Thanks @fellrunner85 @ememem84 running seems to help - the one exercise I actually hate 😂
I think that I might add some extra weight exercises into my routine. @ememem84 do you do hiit weight exercises or actual lifting?

I was doing actual lifting until the gyms went to bookings only then eventually closed here. I had a trainer showing me the ropes.

I guess right now I’m doing more hiit like stuff. Circuits. 40 seconds of kettlebell presses, high knees, mountain climbers, sumo squats, burpees, up/down planks, dumbbell presses etc.

I’m also working on core strength. All of these help that.

But the running has helped massively. Try couch to 5k. It’s good. I’m on week 6 I think and can run for a full 7 minutes now. Coukdnt do that when I started.

I started running when in lockdown because if I wanted to go for a walk everyone wanted to come with me!!! No one wants to run with me!!! So alone time is an added bonus.

@ememem84 lol yes that happens to me when I say I'm going to walk. I tried the couch 2 5k a few years ago but struggled with my knee so figured it wasn't doing me much good. Is that something which improves?
I have a kettlebell but never use it - I may try and incorporate it. I too was going to the gym before the pandemic hit and then once we went into lockdown and everything closed I tried to sort my own workouts at home with YouTube and my husband managed to get hold of a spin bike for me which I love but it doesn't seem to do much for weight loss although my fitness has improved again and my legs and bum are more toned. You just don't seem to get as much of a workout as you do at the gym, I miss the weight machines and the cross trainers (cross trainers are easier on my knees)

I had similar with knees but persevered through it. And repeated weeks as and when.

For me it’s a slow process. I have two kids under 4 and work pretty much full time. So it’s finding the time to get work outs in. I’m walking more than I was too. Aim for 12500 steps a day as a minimum.

Some days (like today) that’s impossible as have been wfh and chained to laptop on video calls so can’t walk about whilst on them (if it’s just audio I can).
