Advice re online exercise course

Hi, I am hoping for some advice. I am a woman, in 50s (post menopause), unfit but no specific musculoskeletal problems, a little overweight (tummy fat a problem). Recently diagnosed as slightly hypertensive and need to get fitter plus lose about a stone. The diet bit I don't need help with, I have lost weight before (mainly through low carb and cutting back alcohol) and I can do that again. But this time I want to also improve my fitness. I want to join some sort of structured exercise programme online. By this I mean something that is pre-planned out for me and not just a YouTube channel where I can pick what to do (because then there is a good chance I will pick to do it tomorrow, not today!). It doesn't need to be free, I am happy to pay for it, if it is good, and safe for someone my age. I am not looking for an impossibly skinny twenty year girl in lycra telling me to get a beach body... just a sensible but hopefully not boring exercise programme to get me moving a bit.) Can anyone help?

I really like The Hollywood Trainer Club - with Jeanette Jenkins. It's about £16 a month. There are various challenges where they tell you which workout to do that day. All of them have low impact alternatives to avoid jumping etc. Jeanette is mid 40s, obviously very fit but at least not young and madly skinny.

You could search Jeanette Jenkins Pop Sugar on YouTube to see her free workouts to get an idea of her style and see if it suits you.

I do a zoom personal training session with someone who lives in My home town. It’s very reasonable. Pm me if you want details. I’ve also started couch to 5k.

I use the FitOn app. It has a variety of trainers (including JJ mentioned above). It’s also free.

jessica smith is great! loads of you tube videos with different varieties and does loads of different exercise plans you can follow along too. she is just lovely as well!

Look at Body Project (teambodyproject.co.uk), they have loads of different workouts and plans to follow. I find it better to follow a plan rather than pick and choose otherwise I’d probably only do my favourite workouts and not challenge myself at all.
Also Heather Robertson on YouTube has a 12 week plan which is free.

Fitnessblender.com do some set programmes

Thanks for all the inof, I will be looking ibnto these. I have just two days ago started a Fitness Blender set 4-week programme (from a recommendation on another thread) and am going to see how that goes. It is not too hard and only 30-min classes, which is good for me at my pathetic level of fitness at the moment! I am also sometone who needs a set programme, being able to pick and choose from various videos as I like would not work for me, I would probably not do any! I need to feel obliged, even it is just by a calendar set out for me on a webpage, and ticking off when I have done a class!
