C25K - what do you/did you do when you finish/ed?

Just completed week 8, so only 3 more runs to go before I complete the programme.

I've done the programme before, 7 years ago now, but can't for the life of me remember what I did afterwards!

I don't have any desire to increase the length of time I'm running - 30 minutes is more than enough! But how many times a week did you go/are you going running?

Generally I run before I've eaten anything - I can't say in a fasted state, because I will have had a couple of cups of coffee with milk before I go! But I've never found it a problem. At the moment I'm definitely not running 5K, although I am running now for 30 minutes. But last time I did it (7 years ago!), it was the same and I never needed to eat anything, or to up my carbs. And in those days I did manage to get to 5K in under 30 minutes!

I'm doing it with dc now.
I used to run regularly up to 10k before dc.
ideal for health and fitness would be to continue somewhat, but I can see it dwindling once I have to commute again (and weather gets dark and wet)
