Resistance bands

Looking to get some as I'm home for the next month and have a condition that means I'm on the toilet leash: can only walk around the block.

I also have shonky hands so can't manage weights. So I thought that light resistance bands would be a way of at least getting some exercise in.

Can anyone recommend any? No budget necessary. Just want comfortable ones. Can you get handles?

Thanks

Any set will do really as long as you have them at different sizes and thicknesses. One long loop is good and one that's just one length and thinner is useful. They are great though, so easy to use and not bulky to store. Do you have some plans of what to do with them?

I have the Victoram.ones ( not sure if that's correct name!). Made of webbing not latex.

Thanks

I was going to check out some tutorials on YouTube. Need to work my arms and thighs to start with, and some core as well.

I'd start with your core, all strength really begins there. "You can't shoot cannons out of a canoe" is true!

If your hands struggle with holding weights you may find it hard to get the necessary grip on resistance bands.

You can buy weights which you 'wear' so strap / Velcro onto your wrists and ankles which could be a great solution?

I'll try to find a link hang on
