Best sports bra for HIIT and fairly abundant bust

My sports bras are all gradually giving up the ghost and the elastic and I desperately need a new one. However, not being able to go around the shops to try on I’m at a bit of a loss and looking for recommendations.

I am an E cup and of late have been doing a few HIIT workouts (eg. Jillian Michaels etc) and really need a bra that gives me support and holds my boobs in place. I also do Martial arts training and am planning on going back once I can access a gym again.

I’ve used Nike in the past as at the time they worked the best, I’ve also tried Adidas (only good for sedate walks and yoga) and Shock absorber (good initially but seemed to lose its elastic super quickly). That said it’s been several years since I’ve bought a sports bra, perhaps technology has moved on?

I looked at options online and was both impressed by the apparent choice for the bustier athlete and dubious about the claims of firm support (the comments appeared all to be from women with max a B cup, not besmirching women with B cups but the challenges are different).

Can anyone give me any pointers?

@melassa I'm a very similar size to you and have found mine hasn't fallen down. The first few times I used it I had to adjust it but now it know exactly where to put it then it's fine.

It does squash my chest a little so it's not the most flattering thing to wear but I don't really care for exercise.

I bought a medium band and had to cut it down slightly as there was too much fabric at the back.

I get no movement at all on my chest though. Even with £50+ sports bras in the past I've struggled to achieve that.

The only time the underwiring in my sports bra bothers me is when I'm doing yoga, so I wear a non wired one for that. I run, play tennis in an underwired bra and it doesn;t chafe at all.

Another vote for Freya active force

I have the non-underwired Panache one and it is brilliant. I am an F cup and run in it without any problem at all (ie zero bounce). I think it's about £40 on Bravissimo.

I'm 34G and M&S high impact individually sold ones are great. The 2 packs of standard don't offer as much support.

I ha e just ordered the Enell One and it cost 58! Hoping it will
Do the job x

Following, my shock absorber has just lost a fastening hook so i need new one asap! 36HH though :-(

I’ve just bought one from Next (don’t laugh) and it’s bloody brilliant.

I’m a 32DD/E and with this on my boobs go nowhere. It’s so comfy, my boob sweat seems less than I get with my Shock Absorber and I’ve got no chafe (I’m a shortie and sometimes get underarm chafe with bra or top seams). I’m doing HIIT and running in it.

Thanks all, ended up ordering the Freya active, can’t wait for it to arrive. I will try a Panache too, maybe it will go on my birthday list

My Enell has arrived today and I have done my first ever jog. It is amazing! It takes some effort to put on but it holds everything right in. I’m currently size 20 😳 and size 38h. Things move still but all controlled and tightly if you understand.
