30 Day Shred almost done, what next?

Picked up 30 Day Shred for the first time in 5 years whilst on furlough and am almost finished.

What next? I could carry on alternating levels 2 and 3 but what else can I try, especially want to tone up arms and thighs (my abs are OK)?

Btw I'm 55 with an iffy knee so nothing too 'jumpy' (I do the Anita version of jumpy stuff on 30DS).

I've just started Jillian Michaels killer arms and back and it's good. Not dissimilar to 30 day shred.

I think all JM's workouts target all areas regardless of how they are marketed. She is a big fan of compound movements, exercises in which bigger muscles are used together with smaller muscles as that combination burns the maximum number of calories (you'll have heard this lecture having done the Shred!) and it's dropping fat that makes you really see the progress in your individual problem areas.

I followed Shred with Six Week Six Pack which despite the name, is a good all over workout. Lots of plank work so works core and arms/shoulders and L2 really hammers the glutes and quads. Not lots of jumping exercises but there are some (jumping jackknives in L2 could be subbed with shadow boxing with weights though).

Having finished that torture device, I've now started on a Banish Fat Boost Metabolism/No More Trouble Zones combo which I'm doing 5-6 times a week, weighted to BFBM more heavily as I'm looking to lose weight.

Good luck - no matter what you choose "I'm sure it won't be a cakewalk for you"

Depends what you're after.

Fitness blender on you tube is awesome and has some fab 5 day programmes. They also have routines to target different parts of your body.

Les mills on demand is fantastic if you just want something that is fun, incredibly effective and makes you smile. There's an awful lot on it with quite some variety although they all have fab music and presenters that are so corny they hit cool again. But you do need a decent step and/or set of weights for some of the programmes on it.
