Cannot exercise due to terrible nerve damage and endometriosis

It's a very long story, but I'll try and shorten it! I am 42, have had two babies (both 9lbs), and have a large fat tummy. I weigh about 12 stone, and my ideal weight for me is about 10st10lbs. I am then about a size 10 on the bottom but have large boobs 32ff or g.
Now my issue with exercise is this, I have terrible endometriosis, for which I have had 7 laparoscopies. Now one of these went very badly wrong and I bled out, the result was major surgery again and extreme nerve damage inside. In everyday terms this means heavy lifting hurts, any exercise that means running around or stretching my tummy in any way can put me in bed (used to be hospital) and I have to take oral morphine. Now, I can walk and do, with our dogs, but this doesn't seem to remotely help my tummy. I do an average of 7000 steps a day, and can increase that when the children go back to school.
Any ideas of how I can help myself please?
(Sorry that was so long 😬)

I'm sorry my post won't be much help, but I didn't feel like I could read and run.
When you say you can walk, can you walk quite briskly, or is it more of a stroll? One idea might be something like a treadmill, which you can walk on at a pace suitable to you while you're watching telly or, if you work from home, possibly working?
I'm sorry, I know that isn't much help, and I hope someone more knowledgeable will be along soon, but until then I want you to know that I think you're amazing and I hope today is a good pain day, whatever that may mean for you.

Thank you so much for replying. I do work from home, but I work with my hands so that's not possible but a good idea. When I walk it's more of a stroll, buy that's maybe because I have the children with me at the moment. When they eventually go back to school I will have to try and up my pace.
Today is an ok pain day, thank you xx

I can't help with exercise recommendations, but can I ask what is happening with your endo? I hope it isn't just being left following the surgery that caused nerve damage.
