I need a home workout that isnt too hard for someone just getting back into exercise.
Any recommendations?

Davina McCall's later DVDs with Ed Lumsden are short and effective.

Or Jillian Michael's easier ones such as 30 Day Shred.

Joe Wicks has loads on YouTube and some are suitable for complete beginners.

Jillian Michaels is good as well as the Beach Body DVD’s/app but I’d start off with something a bit less challenging.

I found Davina's Ultimate Target workout in a charity shop (from 2012, still shrink-wrapped: someone was really determined not to exercise Grin) and I love it. There's the warm up and cool down then different workouts to choose from: a full on aerobic one and a toning/legs-focused one, then 3x10-minute sessions that focus on specific areas: arms, shoulders and bum. I've never been into the idea of home workouts but I love this one. Smile

Worth looking at Fitness Blender - oodles of free videos, which can be filtered to length of time, difficulty level, part of body to be worked, equipment etc etc. They also have paid for programmes if you wanted something more structured? I just think DVDs get so boring very quickly?

I have 5 or 6 different Davina DVDs, and they're all great, although once I've done them a few times I tend to put her on mute and listen to a podcast instead so she doesn't get too annoying! You can quite often pick them up in charity shops or cheaply on Amazon.
